FLOWERY BRANCH — Five Falcons’ draft picks, linebacker Prince Shembo, cornerback Ricardo Allen, linebacker Marquis Spruill, linebacker Yawin Smallwood, and linebacker Tyler Starr, all signed contracts with the Falcons on Sunday.

The terms of the agreements were not disclosed.

First-round tackle Jake Matthews, second-round defensive end Ra’Shede Hageman, third-round safety Dezmen Southward and fourth-round running back Devonta Freeman remain unsigned.

Can we get some standards in place that prevent folks like "Braves_Loss_Again" from posting irrelevant, unintelligible and plain ignorant comments?!

How much U wanna bet Mathwes will B a hole out. Fist round pix usualy R

The player I wish they had signed Sunday was Lyerla.

Off the field problems not withstanding, there was a guy to take a shot on as our tight end. He was a beast at Oregon. Was outstanding at the combine. Potential to be another Graham.

After not drafting a TE, sure seems this guy would have been a no risk player to bring to camp for a tryout. Quite a few franchises have Lombardi Trophies that had a player or two (or three) with a checkered past.

Packers jumped on that, they still have not pulled the trigger on it. He (Colt) must really have a butt load of issues!

@JSSN  You havent answered my question. Why is such a big important Mastermind and knower of all things on a little free blog nitpicking folks? You and Joe Camaro hang out alot in your offtime, when youre not on here schooling everyone,Yeah?

Suspended early in his career at Oregon, which was rather difficult to accomplish when Kelley was the HC!!

This past year he quit on his team.

Then busted with the white man's burden.

As badly as we need a TE, this looks like a red dot I agree with hair-gel passing on.

Seriously, you would think that this moron below would learn.

Crimson, how many times have I answered that question?

Joe Tess Fishhouse and I have nothing to relate to besides the Falcons blog. Why are you dragging him into your inability to listen?
