FLOWERY BRANCH – Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians and his wife, Christine, through the Arians Family Foundation, will host the second annual Georgia Celebrity Golf Classic at Reynolds Plantation on Sunday and Monday.

The event is a fundraiser to help children who’ve suffered from child abuse. Christine Arians worked as a family law attorney for years and served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate to help ensure that children who are involved in the court system, as a result of neglect and abuse by their families, receive help.

“We are thrilled to host our second annual Georgia Celebrity Golf Classic at Reynolds Plantation, to help raise awareness as well as funds for our charity foundation,” Bruce Arians said. “We look forward to utilizing the success of our Arizona Celebrity Golf Classic held earlier this year, to continue to spread our message of preventing the abuse and neglect of children.”

Given some of the local events of the past few months, this is a timely subject that some stars from around the NFL and he college ranks will help the Arians shine the light on.

This has been a major and ongoing issue in Georgia.
